About Electrowave

ELECTROWAVE ULTRASONICS CORPORATION (1976) was formed as a manufacturer of ultrasonics, frequency generators and related equipment. Since 1954, the engineers and founding companies of ELECTROWAVE Ultrasonics Corp, have developed, manufactured and distributed an extensive line of ultrasonics in any different configurations and for many OEM distributors. Our founding engineers hold numerous patents and pioneered the use of PZT piezoelectric materials in the ultrasonic industry.
In 1976, with the incorporation of ELECTROWAVE, we began producing ultrasonics and related equipment for the U.S. military, foreign governments and their military and multinational corporations around the world. In 1984 we began selling out products directly (and through distribution) to industrial and commercial consumers. In 1990 we expanded our marketing horizons to include foreign commercial accounts as well as OEM distributors abroad. We currently have distributors in over a dozen countries worldwide.
We have major expertise in the construction and manufacture of custom/speciality ultrasonics, as well as all phases of ultrasonic production, including piezoelectric, electrostrictive, and magnetostrictive options. We, maintain close contact with universities and scientific institutions conducting important research in the field of ultrasonics and can supply potential customers with detailed theoretical and practical applications in this area. ELECTROWAVE is one of the few companies in the ultrasonic industry that produces its own transducers which have a reputation for the highest quality and modem design.
